Special Products Division

Responsible primarily for the manufacture of welding systems and equipment, our Special Products Division is where we take efficient, high-quality, user-friendly technologies to develop different types of systems and equipment to meet a wide variety of needs, thereby helping our customers to rationalize and streamline their manufacturing systems. We are particularly proud of our general-purpose multi-line TAF welding system and our custom-made press transfer systems, two products which have won rave reviews for their originality and innovativeness from clients throughout the industry both in Japan and abroad.

Press Division

Equipped with 2200-ton and 1500-ton transfer presses and large-scale blanking and press lines, our Press Division is expert at manufacturing everything from automotive frames, suspension systems, and other parts critical to ensuring passenger safety to body parts and precision presses for use in the manufacture of electronic circuit boards. We also use a range of innovative new manufacturing technologies which make our Press Division one of the most productive in the industry.
