Our plant is comprised of a number of different production lines consisting of different types of systems and equipment created from combinations of the TAF Multi robot developed here at Takao Kinzoku Kogyo and some 150 other types of robot systems. Our production lines are designed to ensure high levels of productivity, efficiency, quality, and user-friendly technology. Together with our special samples designed in accordance with the parts produced therein, this makes the entire production line into a moving showroom for our products and technology.

Painting Division
Responsible primarily for the painting of hubcaps for Honda Motors, our Painting Division uses an anti-corrosion cation electroplating system which makes it possible for us to apply finishes which more than exceed international quality standards.



Quality Control Division
From the procurement of parts and materials to the time the product comes off the line and is shipped, Takao Kinzoku Kogyo utilizes advanced equipment, such as automatic 3-D measurement monitors, to assure quality throughout the entire manufacturing process. We provide our customers with the expertise to meet requirements for obtaining the CE mark for products to be exported to Europe. Takao Kinzoku Kogyo is committed to maintaining the level of excellence necessary for future compliance with ISO-9001 and other international standards of quality assurance.
