This newly developed equipment "TAF-HYPER SYSTEM" makes it convert into a high frequency in the converter circuit which used a transistor, then induces metal and bake mel sheets on the metal after pressing process.

High frequency generator equipment box
  • The several power supply of a commercial cycle are converted into direct current electric power in a high frequency generator, further the electric power is converted into high frequency electric power.
  • In a circuit of an inverted section, it is composed by the high performance circuit which mixed resonance in series and parallel resonance on the side of a load. Output electric power is regulated by changing number of an output cycle.
First power supply:3 400 to 480V 70KVA
High frequency output:50KVA(MAX)
A number of a cycle:1KHz to 4KHz
It is started from 1KHz at the time of starting and heat when the number of cycle reach to the established number.

A stage control interlock board
  • From a high frequency generator, high frequency electric power is distributed by taking a interlock and several mel sheet baking jig.
  • To each jig, a condition of heating, cooling and re-heating can be established individually, and it is possible to see an output condition.

High frequency melt sheet baking jig
  • On high frequency melt sheet baking jig for heating, it is composed from pad equipment for the condenser conformable board to take parallel resonance, a coil for baking, and pad for pressing.
  • As concentration and extensile directions of heat of an iron plate is affected by a winding direction and a distance between each work, Know-how is necessary on a product of a coil.

  5. Between the 2nd next side boards, wiring and rack construction Be a high frequency coaxial and special rack for high frequency equipment.
    You make length decide of controller cable on the advanced meeting, then the cable is marked, attached terminals and sent to you later.
    For a coaxial cable, it will be attached terminals and drawn in your factory.
  6. Main controller and chiller establishment construction
    When it is put on mezzanine, establish to mezzanine.
  7. Chiller plumbing and conduit pipe establishment
    When drainage is managed for replacing cooling water, establish conduit pipe.
